This is a memory leak of an incompatible driver. Many PCs have been affected.

Steps for fix:

  • Go to Start Menu type regedit Press Enter.
  • Now a window appears. In the left pane double click HKEY LOCAL MACHINE > SYSTEM > ControlSet001 > Ndu (single click) ... you’ll have to search for Ndu… letter case doesn’t matter. Double click everytime to expand them. Single click to select.
  • Now in the right pane select Start, Right click and select modify. Now change the value from 2 to 4.
  • Click OK. Exit regedit. Restart your computer. Now it is fixed.

With morr usage the system and compressed memory will increase. It will keep fluctuating and it is normal. But after this fix you won’t have a high memory usage anymore.

  • Restarting pc is important. And you can also disable start up programs.
  • Press ctrl, alt and delete on your computer together. Click on task manager.
  • In the above tabs select Start up.
  • Right click and disable programs which are unwanted.
